We are loving being back at the studio, just a few weeks back and everyone is doing fantastic. Look out for our new classes that have been added starting next term, there is something for everyone! Don’t forget you can buy your liquid chalk grip from us through our website under shop, this is great for both Pole and Aerial Hoop to stop those slippy hands.
Student of the month
Don’t forget at the end of each term we will announce our student of the month from our adult and children’s classes. This is going to be such a hard decision to make, everyone is doing amazing I wish we could pick everyone! Keep working hard, don’t forget we are always watching.
Pole Gym Series
How did you find your first week of our strengthening exercise?
Did everyone manage 20 reps per day?
Don’t forget this month we are working on our shoulders and backs which are really important for pole and aerial. These muscles include Deltoids, Traps & Lats.
