Our first few week’s back have been amazing! Classes have all been busy and everyone is doing great. Its so lovely to see you all again :)
Student of the month
We are bringing back student of the month, this will be awarded to 1 adult and 1 child at the end of each month. They will receive a shout-out on our social media pages including the reason why they have been picked and a photo. Plus they will be featured as our cover girl/boy on our community babes page with a photo of them on our header for the whole month.

Introducing Pole Gym Series
Each week I will be posting a video including an exercise that can be done at home daily to help increase strength and flexibility. I will also be adding challenges for you all to try!
This series we are working on our shoulders and backs which are so important for pole and aerial. These muscle groups include Deltoids, Traps & Lats, to name a few.
Here is a great home exercise for strengthening these muscles… I challenge you all to 20 reps a day for a week and see how this benefits your work on the equipment. Check out my video link here…
