Pole Fitness For Beginners

This is a Pole Fitness course for complete beginners upwards. Get fit, make new friends and gain a real passion for something exciting, addictive and fun. This course will boost your confidence and self-esteem, you will gain strength, improve flexibility and learn tons of amazing spins, transitions, seats and climbs on the pole. This is also a great course for anyone wanting to brush up on the foundations. All shapes and sizes can do this, everyone is welcome. Please wear shorts and bare foot. Ages 18 plus.

 
Intermediate pole dancing

Pole Fitness for Intermediates

This is a Pole Fitness course for Intermediates upwards. You have already completed many beginner classes and you are now strong in all beginner level spins, transitions, climbs and seats and your knee tuck to basic invert is feeling strong. This course recaps many of the foundations whilst giving progressions to these moves. We are now starting to add in more challenging movement and combinations including inverted shapes and poses. A great course to build on your current strength and flexibility. Progressions and regressions will be given to suit a mix of levels. Please wear shorts and bare foot. Ages 18 plus.

 
Exotic pole class

Exotic Pole

This is a sexy choreography class wearing pole heels. Please ensure that you bring specific pole shoes and if you are a beginner we recommend you start with a smaller heel. You will need heels and also soft knee pads as you will also cover floor work so it is important that you protect your knees. This class can be done in leggings or shorts. Ages 18 plus.

Virtual Courses & Live Streams

Some of our studio courses offer a Live Stream option. This is where you can pay to view the Live class as it is happening in the studio but from the comfort of your home. You can choose to watch it Live or watch it back later within a certain time frame. Currently these are only available on the adult Pole Fitness based courses so you will need to pre-book the 4 weeks and sign a disclaimer for your safety at home. You will need a safe pole installed by a competent person.
