Welcome back

We are so excited to finally be back in our happy place and doing what we love. We can not wait to see you all back in class. It’s been a long hall and the world has certainly changed but we are so lucky to still be here and be able to serve all of our loyal students. We live in uncertain times and who knows what is around the corner but we do know that we are ready and adaptable. Our Zoom classes have been very popular during lock down and even now as lock down eases we have continued to include these on our timetable. If we needed to, we could switch back very quickly to offering more of these sessions once again. We would like to say a huge thank you to you all for your continued support during lock down and now upon returning to the studio. Your support and loyalty means the world to us.

Social distancing

We are all set for you with a new policy in place to ensure a safe and happy environment. We have spaced out all equipment to 4m apart and we only allow 1 person per piece of equipment. We have a one way system around the room and each piece of equipment has a taped out zone around it showing you and others that this is your personal space. We have increased our cleaning responsibility so that we now clean before, in between and after classes. This includes cleaning floors, equipment, wash rooms and surfaces. We have provided each station/equipment with hand sanitiser, cleaning wipes, cloths and sprays. Your studio is safe, well spaced and clean. We only allow a max of 9 people in to any class.

Home stretching

Our home stretch classes have been very popular. All you need is a yoga mat and some blocks. Everyone can join in. Please do not be afraid of Zoom. It really is super easy to use and it’s just like watching us on the tv or on your phone or lap top so definitely take the plunge and get booked on. We send you a link and you just click on it to join the class. Nobody is looking at you, you are all far to busy following the instructor so definitely just go for it.

Home pole classes

We live in uncertain times and who knows what is around the corner. I would really recommend at some point getting a pole at home so that you can train your strength and if god forbid we needed to resort back to Zoom then you would have your pole ready. Just something to think about!

Cross training

We highly recommend cross training to get great fitness results. We now offer Pole, Exotic, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silk, Aerial Hammock - Tricks, Aerial Hammock - Yoga, and Stretch classes. Get booked on to more than one apparatus and watch your strength and condition improve massively.

Timetable

Our timetable went live 2 weeks ago and pretty much sold out over night as expected. With our new higher level cleaning responsibilities we have had to create large gaps between classes meaning that we can not fit as many classes in to an evening. I think however that the studio is feeling lovely and clean, calm, well spaced and safe so we are happy. This may mean however that classes continue to book up super fast. Priority will be given to students already booked on to our courses. You will be given 48 hours notice ahead of others. Our September timetable will be similar to August and will go Live very soon. We are not taking pre bookings but we will give you 48 hours priority bookings. We will let you know.

Men’s pole

We are hoping to introduce a men’s pole class in September so tell your husbands, boyfriends, dads and friends and let’s make this a super fun class. This class will focus on building strength and stamina on the pole. It is likely to run on a Sunday lunch time. More info to follow.

Our cancelled Easter Showcase

When we went in to lock down we had to cancel our children’s Easter Aerial showcase. The next opportunity will be Christmas but is all dependant on government re audiences so we will keep you informed. Any tickets purchased can be re used at a later date. Thank you for your support.
