Pole Fitness Courses

 

Beginners (Level 1 )

Come and join us on our Beginners Pole course. We will cover spins, climbs, seats and invert preparation to basic invert. This is a 6 week course consisting of fun classes that will build strength and flexibility as well as teach you all the basics of pole fitness.

Beginners (Level 2) & Inters Improvers

Join us for our Beginners 2/Inters 1 and Improvers Pole Fitness course. This is a 7 week term suitable for anyone who has completed a minimum of Beginners level 1 Pole course. We presume a base knowledge in this class. You are now confident with most beginners spins, you are climbing with control and performing strong pole seats. Some of you are now inverting confidentially. This term we will continue to work on these foundations whilst offering further progressions to those who need them. Beginners 2 students will start to link spins, climbs and seats together to create combos whilst also learning some fun new tricks along the way, Inters 1 students will also recap these foundations as well as learning new inverts up the pole.

Beginners (Level 1 & 2)

This class is suitable for complete beginners all the way up to Beginners level 2 students. Alex teaches in a way that ensures all students work to their full potential offering progressions and regressions to moves where necessary. Everyone will have a great workout and lots of fun.

Beginners Improvers

Now that you have completed your first Beginners course with us get yourself enrolled on to our Beginners Improvers course. You will recap all moves learnt so far and start to add in many exciting progressions. On this course we start to link our spins together as well as learning new spins and transitions, we climb higher and link in new seated tricks a little higher up the pole, we also start invert!

Intermediate (Level 1 &2)

Once you have completed our beginners courses and your instructor feels that your spins and climbs are string and safe, come along and start to work on Inters moves with us. This is a fun class which includes lower level invert conditioning and tricks.

Intermediate (Mixed Levels 1-3)

Once you have completed our beginners courses and your instructor feels that you are strong and safe in climbs, seats and spins you can then book on to our fun Inters course. Progressions and regressions will be give. This is a fun class! Get booked on now!

Intermediate (Level 3)

Once you have completed inters level 2 get booked on for level 3. In this class focus on inverted combos, and new shapes on the pole. Time to build more strength and confidence.

Advanced (Level 1)

This is a fun advanced level 1 class with Alex. In this class we focus on controlled lifting in and out of inverts, Aerial Inverts, Shoulder Mounts, Ayeesha, Straight Edge, Brass Monkey/ variations, Hand Springs, Iguana and more, and many variations around these moves. These are some our level 1 foundations. Each term we pick a few of these techniques and we focus on them repeating the techniques each week over a 6 week term until the techniques are strong.

Intermediate/Advanced Pole Intensive

Would you love to learn a full combo on the pole?? Would you love to link inter/Advanced tricks together whether for the challenge, to use in a routine, or to build stamina?? Then this is for you!!! Come along and join us for a 4 week pole intensive for levels Intermediate to Advanced. This is a 2 hour session every Sunday for 4 weeks working on a full inverted pole combo as shown in the video. The course is delivered by Gulya Philip, one of Pole Gyms incredible instructors. Gulya will really put you through your paces delivering a thorough warm up, dynamic stretch and strength drills, and break down the inter/Advanced pole combo week by week until you have it nailed! Progressions and regressions will be offered throughout.

Aerial Hammock

A new class to Pole Gym and something we are very excited about. This is a gorgeous fitness and flexibility class tailored to suit all levels. Beginners Aerial Hoop & Silk

A 7 week Beginners Aerial Hoop and Silk course for the price of 6. This is for complete beginners to learn the foundations, build strength and have lots of fun.

Beginners Hoop

This is our Beginners Lyra/Hoop course. Come along for 6 weeks of pure hoop training. Learn all the foundations including how to link beautiful combinations together. We recommend leggings for this course. Complete beginners welcome. £60 for a 6 week course.

 

Beginners Silk

This is our Beginners Silks course. Come along every week for an hour of pure Aerial Silks training. This class will cover strength and flexibility drills specific to Silks. You will learn all the foundations and how to link beautiful combinations together. This is a 6 week enrolment costing £60. Book now!

Aerial Arts Academy (Age 6-11)

This is a fun 2 hour long class with our Aerial Arts teacher Chloe. You will have lots of fun and make many new friends in this exciting class.
